LevelUp is an AI-powered platform designed to help freelancers optimize their Upwork profiles, generate proposals, discover keywords, analyze profile health, and access AI-driven mentoring through Sam AI.

All content generated by our AI tools (proposals, keywords, profile descriptions, analyses) is provided as suggestions and recommendations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, and using the generated content. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in any specific outcomes.

To use LevelUp, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify it via OTP. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

LevelUp operates on a credit-based system. New users receive 100 free credits upon registration. Each AI tool consumes a specific number of credits per use. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Paid subscriptions (Noob, Grinder, Professional) provide additional credits and access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the billing period.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of AI-generated content and digital services, we do not offer refunds on any subscription plan or credit package once purchased. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no monetary refund will be provided. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Share, resell, or redistribute AI-generated content as a service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credit offers
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform
• Harass, spam, or misuse the platform or other users

The LevelUp platform, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is our proprietary intellectual property.

You retain ownership of the content you input and the content generated for you. However, we may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and services.

LevelUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job offers, interview rates, or any specific freelancing outcomes from using our tools.

We integrate with third-party services (Stripe, OpenAI, Upwork). We are not responsible for their availability, terms, or policies.
