What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are the currency used to power AI features. Each tool uses a set number of credits per generation. You start with 100 free credits and can purchase more through our subscription plans.

Which tools are available on the free plan?

Free users can access the Proposal Writer and Keyword Generator. Premium features like Profile Analysis, Sam AI, Niche Finder, and Profile Description Writer require a paid plan.

Billing & Credits

How do I purchase a subscription?

Navigate to the Subscription page from the dashboard. Choose your plan (Noob, Grinder, or Professional) and complete checkout via Stripe. Credits are added instantly.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits expire at the end of your billing cycle. We recommend using them before renewal to get the most value.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. You'll keep your credits and access until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How does the Proposal Generator work?

Paste a job description from Upwork, and our AI creates three unique proposal variations: Professional, Pain-Point driven, and Conversational. Each is tailored to maximize your interview chances.

What does Sam AI do?

Sam AI is your personal freelance mentor. It provides pricing strategies, client negotiation practice, niche recommendations, and real-time coaching to help you earn more on Upwork.

How accurate is the Profile Health Checker?

Our Profile Analysis uses a combination of AI evaluation and deterministic scoring to give you an accurate assessment. It checks SEO, psychological hooks, clarity, market positioning, and more.

What is the Niche Finder?

The Niche Finder uses AI to discover "blue ocean" sub-niches in your field — areas with high demand and low competition. It provides a full analysis tree with scoring for each niche.

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send a one-time code to reset your password.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, secure JWT authentication, and never store your payment information directly—all payments are handled by Stripe.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting support. This will permanently remove all your data from our systems.
